   A mum bouquet with pink and white lilacs lampworked flowers, encased in molten crystal, then formed in the flame with a thin, powder glass exterior. The exterior is cold worked into a circular, broad weave pattern. My aim is to capture the multilayer-petals of the mum flower and draw the eye into the sculpture by keeping negative, clear-space around the bouquet.
