16 x 26 x 26      This is a Mojave Rattlesnake coiled next to two Mojave mound cactus. The three separate sculptures were hot sculptured on blown glass rock bases. I then built a metal base and arranged them on it adding glass marbles for the gravel. The project was inspired by some cacti I observed while on one of my many desert hikes in Arizona. The Mojave Rattlesnake or crotalus scutulatus along with Mojave Mound Cacti or Echinocereus Triglochidiatus.
